Secure checkout
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made using a valid credit or debit card.
Payment is deducted from your account when your order is placed. You will not be charged an amount greater than the total approved when completing your purchase.

Thirty-day period
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request to return an eligible product within 30 days from the date it was delivered.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include their original packaging.

We aim to respond within 24 hours and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number together with a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Preparing your package
Print the return label provided by our support team and securely affix it to the outside of your return package. Send the eligible product to the fulfillment center address shown below.
To qualify for a refund, the returned package must arrive at our facility within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the product.

Important exception
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may no longer be eligible for return once their seal has been broken following delivery.
Please inspect all applicable products before opening their protective or hygienic seals.

After we receive your return
Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects your package, we will confirm whether the return has been approved and process the applicable refund.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
