Payment is deducted from your account when your order is placed. You will not be charged an amount greater than the total approved when completing your purchase.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. This period begins on the day you receive delivery of your purchased goods.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include their original packaging.

For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel ends once the goods have been unsealed following delivery.
Please inspect all applicable products before opening their protective or hygienic seals.
